Delivery Costs
Within Australia
Free standard delivery on all orders.
Express Delivery is $15 on all orders.
All orders also have the option of free in store pick up. However we do require pick up within 7 days.
International Orders
A flat rate of $75 for express postage per item.
Delivery Method
All Australian deliveries are made through one of several courier companies which we use.
All orders placed before 10.00am (EST) will be dispatched on the day. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery depending on your location within Australia. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched first thing the following business day.
Once parcels are shipped we will email you with all the delivery details and a tracking number so you can follow the delivery process online.
Tax & Duties
For international orders product prices displayed are exclusive of all international taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
