Returns and Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy
We happily accept returns and exchanges within seven days of the date of delivery. All items must be returned in a new, un-used, un-worn condition. Shoeboxes are considered part of an item and must also be returned in a new, un-used condition. All tags must still be attached to items.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items may be returned for a credit note which can be used on your next purchase with us or an exchange if the sizing was not right. Sale items are non-returnable.
To arrange a return, please email us directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the reason for return and we will and we will advise of the returns process. Once you have done this, please post the item via registered post back to us and email us the tracking number. You are also welcome to actually return the goods in person to Quincy, 76 Queen Street, Woollahra. We will process the return or exchange once the item is received and send you new tracking details. Please note that Quincy is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Unless specifically stated, we do not accept returns and exchanges on sale items.
If a refund is requested once the goods are received back at Quincy we will send an email to confirm the receipt of the goods and supply a return refund invoice.
Once the goods are returned, refunds can take up to five business days to be approved.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
